These terms govern product orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal rights and quality claims for the OrgExtra online store.

Prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are final prices. The seller is currently not VAT registered and does not add VAT separately. Payment is processed through Stripe and any other checkout method visibly offered at checkout.

Orders

An order is submitted through checkout. Payment must be successfully confirmed for the order to be accepted for processing.

Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Product quality

For defective or non-conforming goods, contact the seller. The seller remains responsible for applicable consumer rights even though products may be fulfilled through a third-party supply chain.
